Why Is Responsible Gaming Important?
Learn more about our commitment and how we protect you.
Online gaming is a form of entertainment — a chance for fun, excitement, and relaxation. But when gaming goes out of control, it can have a negative impact on personal, family, and financial life. 87kbd believes that creating a safe and responsible environment is our primary responsibility.
We don't just provide games — we make sure that playing on our platform always stays enjoyable and controlled. On this page you will find out how to use 87kbd's tools and resources to keep your gaming experience healthy.
Please remember — 87kbd is for players aged 21 and above only. Minors are not permitted to open an account or play any games. If there are minors in your household, keep your account information secure.
Our Protection Tools
87kbd offers players multiple responsible gaming features.
Deposit Limits
You can set a maximum daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit. Once active, this limit keeps your budget under control and prevents overspending. Lowering a limit takes effect immediately; increasing a limit requires some processing time.
Time-Out
Take a temporary break from your account for a set period — such as 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a time-out you will not be able to log in or play any games. This is an effective way to give yourself a rest.
Self-Exclusion
If you feel that gaming is causing problems in your life, choose long-term self-exclusion. Once you select this option, your account will be closed and cannot be reactivated before the specified period ends.
Session Time Limit
Set a maximum duration for each gaming session. When the set time is up, you will be logged out automatically. This keeps you from playing for long stretches without a break.
Gaming History
Your complete gaming and transaction history on 87kbd is available to view at any time. Reviewing how much time and money you are spending makes it easier to assess your own habits honestly.
Support Center
If you have any questions or concerns about responsible gaming, contact us via 24/7 live chat or email. Our team is ready to help in both Bengali and English.
Warning Signs
If you notice the following signs, it is time to seek help.
Gaming problems do not always start in an obvious way. Gradually, a habit can turn into an addiction. If you notice any of the following signs in yourself or someone you know, be alert and seek support:
- You are spending more money than you can afford on betting, or borrowing to fund it.
- You keep playing to try to win back money you have lost (chasing losses).
- You are lying about your gaming or hiding it from family and friends.
- You are prioritising gaming over work, study, or time with family.
- You feel restless, irritable, or anxious when you are unable to play.
- You have tried to stop but cannot.
- Your sleep, eating, or relationships are being negatively affected.
Remember, asking for help is not a sign of weakness — it takes courage. The 87kbd support team is always here for you.
How to Use Responsible Gaming Tools
These features are easily accessible through your 87kbd account.
Setting a Deposit Limit
Go to the Settings section of your account and select the "Deposit Limit" option. The minimum daily deposit limit you can set is ৳500 — no lower limit is allowed. Once you lower a limit, it takes effect immediately. If you want to increase a limit, some processing time is required for security reasons.
Activating a Time-Out
Feel like you need a break? Go to the "Time-Out" section in your account settings and choose any period from 24 hours to 30 days. Once a time-out begins, it is not possible to reactivate your account before the set period ends.
Self-Exclusion
If you need a longer break, choose "Self-Exclusion". Options include 6 months, 1 year, or permanent exclusion. During this period your account will be completely inactive, and any attempt to open a new account will be automatically rejected.
Reviewing Spending and Time
Check your gaming history once a week. Analysing how many hours you have played, how much you have deposited, and how much you have withdrawn gives you a clear picture of your gaming patterns.
Protecting Minors
If anyone under 18 or 20 years of age is in your household, keep your account password and login details secure. Be careful when saving passwords on a computer or mobile device. It is our policy to verify that all 87kbd users are 21+.
