1 General Introduction and Acceptance

Welcome to 87kbd. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users ("users" or "players") of the 87kbd platform and all its services. By registering on the platform or using 87kbd in any way, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms automatically.

If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the platform. If you have any questions or need clarification, contact our support team.

2 Account Registration and Eligibility

2.1 Age and Eligibility Requirements

To open an account and use any service on 87kbd, you must be at least 21 years old. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. 87kbd may request documents to verify your age and identity at any time.

2.2 One Account Rule

Each person may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. If a player is found to be using multiple accounts, 87kbd reserves the right to suspend or close all associated accounts and the balances may be forfeited.

2.3 Providing Accurate Information

You must provide accurate and up-to-date personal information when registering. Providing false or misleading information may result in account closure and withdrawal blocks. It is your responsibility to notify the support team immediately if any of your information changes.

2.4 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. Sharing account information with any third party is prohibited. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify our support team immediately.

3 Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Methods

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

87kbd currently processes transactions through three major mobile banking services in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank's mobile wallet). No payment methods other than these three are currently accepted.

3.2 Minimum Deposit and Withdrawal Limits

• Minimum deposit: ৳500 (per method)
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000
• Standard withdrawal processing time: 30 minutes to 3 hours

3.3 Withdrawal Conditions

87kbd reserves the right to verify your identity before processing a withdrawal request. Withdrawals can only be made to the payment account from which the deposit was made. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.

If you request a withdrawal while an active bonus is in place, the associated bonus may be automatically cancelled. Ensure that wagering requirements have been met before requesting a withdrawal.

3.4 Transaction Responsibility

87kbd is not responsible for any delays or issues caused by third-party mobile banking service providers during transactions. For any transaction issues, contact our support team with the transaction reference number.

4 Bonus and Promotion Terms

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New players will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳2,000 bonus and the total balance becomes ৳3,000. If you deposit ৳12,000 or more, the maximum bonus is ৳10,000 and the total balance becomes ৳22,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25x, calculated on the bonus amount only (not on the combined deposit and bonus amount). Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 25 = a total of ৳50,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

• A bonus can be claimed only once per account.
• 87kbd may impose restrictions on specific games or bet types when using a bonus.
• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly — winnings earned from a bonus are withdrawable only after the wagering requirements have been met.
• Bonuses cannot be claimed on multiple accounts from the same IP address or device.
• 87kbd reserves the right to modify or cancel the terms of any promotional offer.

4.4 Other Promotions

87kbd regularly offers various promotions and offers. Each offer has its own specific terms, which should be read carefully before claiming. If any offer terms are unclear, contact the support team for clarification.

5 VIP Program and Rewards

87kbd's VIP program has five tiers. Each tier comes with a weekly cashback benefit:

• Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Diamond: up to 0.8% weekly cashback

Advancement to a higher VIP tier depends on your consistent activity and participation on the platform. 87kbd reserves the right to change the terms, benefits, or tiers of the VIP program. VIP benefits are non-transferable.

6 Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and balance forfeiture:

• Conducting fraudulent or manipulative activities on the platform.
• Creating multiple accounts with the intent to abuse the bonus system.
• Using automated bots or software to play games or place bets.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities.
• Operating an account on behalf of a third party.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorised access to the platform's software or systems.
• Harassing or engaging in inappropriate behaviour toward other players.
• Intentionally exploiting any technical error or bug.

If any such activity is detected, 87kbd is able to immediately suspend the account and forfeit the associated balance and pending payments.

7 Responsible Gaming

87kbd takes responsible gaming very seriously. We believe that gaming is a form of entertainment — it should never be treated as a source of income.

All content on the 87kbd platform — logos, designs, text, graphics, software — is the intellectual property of 87kbd. Reproducing, distributing, or modifying this content in any way, other than for personal, non-commercial use, is strictly prohibited.

Content from third-party game providers (such as Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe, etc.) is owned by their respective parties and governed by the terms of those providers.

10 Limitation of Liability

87kbd makes every effort to operate a safe and reliable platform. However, 87kbd is not liable for the following:

• Connection interruptions caused by third-party internet service providers.
• Issues with the user's own device or network.
• Temporary service outages due to unexpected technical failures.
• Losses resulting from a user disclosing account information to a third party.
• Service disruptions due to force majeure (unforeseeable events).

87kbd reserves the right to void any winnings or bonuses that were incorrectly displayed due to a technical error.

11 Account Closure and Suspension

11.1 Closure by the Player

You may request to close your account at any time. Before making the request, ensure there are no pending withdrawals or active bonuses. Contact the support team to close your account.

11.2 Suspension by 87kbd

87kbd may temporarily suspend or permanently close any account due to a breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, money laundering risk, or legal obligation. In such cases, all decisions are at the discretion of 87kbd.

13 Changes to the Terms

87kbd reserves the right to change, amend, or update these Terms at any time. Continuing to use the platform after a change is considered acceptance of the new Terms.

For significant changes, 87kbd will make reasonable efforts to notify players within a reasonable time. The latest Terms will always be available on this page.

14 Applicable Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. If any provision is found to be legally invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain fully in effect. A waiver of any part of these Terms is only effective when provided in writing by 87kbd.
